Roast Pork

Ingredients :

  • 4 pieces of pork neck ribs
  • finely chopped onion
  • garlic
  • 1 spoon of olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • fresh or dried rosemary
  • lemon juice
  • cup of red wine
Serves 8

How to Cook :

Heat the pan and fry the onion and garlic in a little olive oil. Add the pork and add a little pepper and salt. Roast the pork on both sides until it starts to take on a tan color. Add the lemon juice, wine and rosemary and cook over a low heat for about 20 minutes.
