Spicy Maltese Pork

Ingredients :

  • 500g Minced Malta Pork or Maltese Sausage Stuffing (without skin)
  • two cans of tomato pulp
  • 3 tablespoons ground chilies
  • two cans of kidney beans or black beans, rinsed and without water
  • a can of sweetcorn
  • Italian Seasoning

How to Cook :

In a large pan cook over medium heat, the pork mince or the Maltese sausage mixture and stir occasionally. When the pork is well cooked, remove the excess fat. Add the canned tomatoes, with the juice altogether, as well as the ground chilies. Cook until it starts to boil, then reduce the heat, and simmer for five minutes. Add the beans and corn. Let it simmer for another five minutes.

Serve with whole-wheat bread. If you want, add sour cream and grated cheese to the bread.
